Bread By Beth is a small, home-based sourdough passion project by Beth Davis,
baking in Cleveland, Tennessee. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a deep
love for fermentation, flavor, and sharing handmade bread with friends and family.
Meet Beth
Beth Davis is the hands, heart, and apron behind every loaf of Bread By Beth.
In her free time, she bakes naturally leavened sourdough from home, experimenting with flavors while staying rooted in traditional methods.
Each loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand — no commercial yeast, no mass
production, just real bread made with patience and care.
Why Sourdough?
Sourdough baking is slow and intentional — and that’s exactly what Beth loves
about it. The long fermentation process creates better flavor, beautiful texture,
and bread that many people find easier to enjoy.
The goal has always been simple: bake bread that tastes incredible and brings
people together.

Local & Homemade
Bread By Beth is proudly based in Cleveland, Tennessee and serves local customers, friends, and family. Since this is a home-based hobby bakery, availability is limited and loaves are baked in small batches during Beth’s free time.
Orders and pickups are coordinated directly — usually by message or word of mouth — keeping everything personal and community-centered.
